Healthy home and longevity design

Air, light, acoustics, sleep and material. We design premium spaces that are measured, not promised: comfort stops being a feeling and becomes a number.

Contemporary luxury is no longer measured in square metres or labels: it is measured in how you sleep, how you breathe and how you recover inside your own home. It is the same shift food went through fifteen years ago.

We work as an applied lab: we set health objectives for the space, translate them into design decisions, and verify them with sensors before and after the works, alongside wellness and environmental health partners.

The five vectors we design

Air

Ventilation with heat recovery, particulate and VOC filtration, CO₂ and humidity control, and low-emission material specification.

Light

Maximised daylight and circadian artificial light: temperature and intensity that follow the day and protect sleep at night.

Acoustics

Insulation between rooms, reverberation control and treatment of services noise. Silence is the most expensive amenity and the most overlooked.

Sleep and recovery

The bedroom treated as a technical room: full darkness, stable temperature, no noise and controlled electromagnetic fields.

Material and water

Traceable natural materials with no added toxins, plus treatment and filtration of drinking water and wet areas.

Comfort measured, not promised

Sensor diagnosis

We measure CO₂, particulates, VOCs, humidity, temperature, noise and light over several days to understand the real space, not the theoretical one.

Objectives per room

Each room gets a different target: sleeping, concentrating, training or entertaining do not ask for the same thing.

Health framing

We translate every design decision into a benefit that can be explained and defended to a client or a buyer.

Post-completion verification

We measure again at handover. If a parameter falls short, it is corrected before the project closes.

Where we apply it

Prime residential

Primary and second homes at the high end, focused on the bedroom, the home gym and work areas.

Wellness hospitality

Hotels and resorts that want the health of the space to become a rate argument rather than a brochure line.

Branded wellness

Developments and branded residences that need their own replicable standard, communicable during sales.

Methodology licensing

We support operators and developers who want to bring the protocol into their own team.

Indicative investment

Design fees, partnerships with specialists and methodology licensing for operators.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as WELL certification?

It shares principles, but we do not sell a badge. Our objective is the measured result in your home; if you also want to certify, we coordinate with the accredited advisor.

Does it work in an existing home?

Yes. Much of the work — filtration, light, acoustics, materials and the bedroom protocol — can be delivered within a partial renovation.

What exactly is measured?

CO₂, PM2.5 particulates, volatile organic compounds, relative humidity, temperature, sound level and light spectrum across the day.

Do you work with doctors or specialists?

Yes, with environmental health and wellness partners when the project calls for it, especially on longevity and sleep protocols.
