In a turnkey commission the client signs with one accountable party. There is no blame-sharing between architect, builder and decorator: the studio answers for schedule, fixed budget and result.
It is the format we use when the owner does not live in the project's city or cannot coordinate trades: it covers procurement, logistics, installation and a handover with the home fully dressed.
