Luxury Full-Scope Refurbishments

The level of craft matters more than the price of the marble. Period flats, penthouses and singular properties.

Luxury full-scope refurbishments are not distinguished by the price of the marble. They are distinguished by the level of craft: the carpenter who can make an invisible mitre joint, the plasterer who finishes a ceiling without shadows, the electrician who hides installations behind a chamfered edge, the stone setter who lays a three-metre piece without visible cuts.

Método

We work with a network of trusted trades we have collaborated with for years. We do not improvise contractors. The quality of a high-end refurbishment lies more in hands than in drawings, and that requires long relationships. We work routinely with noble woods (French oak, walnut, brushed ash), natural stones (Travertine, Nero Marquina, Bianco Carrara, Calacatta), metals (natural brass, blackened steel, bronze), natural textiles and mineral coatings (microcement, lime stuccos, tadelakt). We do not use imitations.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a luxury full refurbishment cost in Spain?

Between €1,500 and €3,500 per m² in high-end. In ultra-luxury, from €3,500 and can exceed €5,000 per m². Excludes furniture.

How long does a full refurbishment take?

6 to 12 months from start of works for a 150–400 m² home. Add 2 to 4 months of project and 1 to 3 months of permits depending on the municipality.

What distinguishes a luxury refurbishment from a standard one?

Craft quality, materials, level of personalisation, rigour of construction management and finish detail. In luxury, invisible details define the result.

Do I need an interior designer for a full refurbishment?

For a high-end refurbishment, yes. The difference between standard and luxury is decided in hundreds of small project decisions a contractor alone cannot make.
