Integral design of high-end homes. Concept, materials, furniture, lighting and construction management from a single team.
High-end residential interior design is far more than choosing furniture and finishes. It is a discipline that crosses architecture, ergonomics, materiality, lighting and art direction to produce a home that works, moves you and resists the passage of time.
Concept design and art direction|Layout and full planimetry|Photoreal renders and, optionally, VR walkthrough|Selection and documentation of materials and finishes|Bespoke joinery (kitchens, dressing rooms, libraries, bathrooms)|Lighting design|Furniture, textiles, decorative lighting and art selection|Construction management and trades coordination|Final styling
At Lobo Interiors we approach every project from concept. We study the home, get to know the people who will live in it, and propose an integral project that defines every decision: layout, materials, natural and artificial light, furniture, textiles and the construction details that are rarely seen but always felt.
A new home from plans|A full refurbishment, with or without structural work|A second residence requiring a specific approach|A home undergoing a life-stage change
Fees range between 8% and 15% of the construction budget, depending on scope, complexity and services included. We always work to a closed budget defined after the briefing phase.
Concept, layout, technical drawings, renders, materials and furniture selection, lighting design, construction management and final styling. At Lobo Interiors we deliver it as an integral service.
A decorator works mainly on movable elements: furniture, textiles, objects, wall colour. An interior designer projects the home as a whole: layout, installations, joinery, lighting and materials, plus decoration. For a high-end home, an interior designer is the right choice.
Between 9 and 18 months depending on scope. Project phase typically takes 2 to 4 months, construction 6 to 12, and final styling a few weeks.
Both: new homes from plans, full refurbishments and redesigns of inhabited homes.
