Sealed natural stone, glass mosaic, water-repellent microcement and 316 stainless for every fixing in the wet area.
Linen, product and waste should never cross the guest route.
Access panels, gullies and routes that allow maintenance during off-peak hours.
Storage sized by number of cabins and expected occupancy, not by leftover square metres.
The layout determines how many treatments per hour the team can deliver. That is a business figure, not a detail.
