A luxury kitchen in Madrid nearly always meets an existing building first: period apartments in Salamanca or Chamberí with generous ceilings and services that need rebuilding, or villas in La Moraleja and Puerta de Hierro where the kitchen has to work with the living room and a back kitchen.
We work with our own joinery workshop, so drawing, manufacturing and installation sit under one responsibility. Natural stone, veneers, matt lacquers and premium appliances specified for how the kitchen is actually used, not for a catalogue.
Drainage, ventilation, electrical capacity and gas checked before a single line is drawn.
Construction drawings plus stone, veneer and ironmongery selection with physical samples.
In-house cabinetry: millimetre adjustments against the walls of a period building, which are never straight.
Trade coordination, stone templating and fitting, and appliance start-up.
In Salamanca and Chamberí, building-community consents and works hours drive the programme.
Three metres and up: the kitchen should run to the top rather than leave a dust shelf above.
In northern villas, splitting the show kitchen from the working one changes the whole layout.
Wide swings in humidity: solid timber needs controlled moisture and calculated joints.
Complete kitchen including manufacturing and installation. High-end appliances quoted separately.

Manufacturing takes 8 to 14 weeks after drawings are signed off, installation 3 to 5 days, and a full project 14 to 20 weeks.
Yes. We check drainage, ventilation and electrical capacity first, then build cabinetry to walls that are rarely square.
Natural stone for character, large-format porcelain for stain and heat resistance. We compare both on samples before deciding.

A minor works notification is usually enough unless structure or façade changes. We handle the paperwork.
