We design and build bespoke high-end kitchens for apartments and houses across Madrid, from Salamanca to La Moraleja.
A luxury kitchen in Madrid nearly always meets an existing building first: period apartments in Salamanca or Chamberí with generous ceilings and services that need rebuilding, or villas in La Moraleja and Puerta de Hierro where the kitchen has to work with the living room and a back kitchen.
We work with our own joinery workshop, so drawing, manufacturing and installation sit under one responsibility. Natural stone, veneers, matt lacquers and premium appliances specified for how the kitchen is actually used, not for a catalogue.

In northern villas, splitting the show kitchen from the working one changes the whole layout.

Wide swings in humidity: solid timber needs controlled moisture and calculated joints.
Kitchens across Madrid's districts
Salamanca and Recoletos
1900–1930 apartments with service kitchens facing the courtyard. We recover square metres by opening into the pantry and move ventilation to a shaft approved by the building.
Chamberí and Almagro
Ceilings of 3.20 to 3.60 m: cabinetry runs to the ceiling with assisted-opening top units instead of a dead bulkhead.
Chamartín and El Viso
Townhouses with separate kitchen and pantry; we usually split cooking and washing zones into two independent runs.
La Moraleja and Puerta de Hierro
Islands of 3.5 to 4.5 m with a single-slab worktop and special transport, coordinating crane access or removing joinery.
Pozuelo, Boadilla and Las Rozas
Housing built in the last 20 years: sound services and roof extraction, which allows direct-vent hoods at 800 m³/h.
Malasaña, Chueca and La Latina
Kitchens of 6 to 9 m² in walk-up buildings: we manufacture in modules that fit the stairs and assemble them on site.
How a bespoke Madrid kitchen budget is calculated
Three variables drive the number: linear metres of cabinetry, worktop material and appliance level. Floor area is only a quick reference.
Linear metres of cabinetry
The real unit of measure: €1,400 – €2,800 per linear metre manufactured and installed, depending on natural veneer, matt lacquer or stone combinations.
Per m² reference
Indicative against room area: €1,800 – €3,200 per m² in a renovated apartment and €2,500 – €4,500 per m² in a house kitchen with pantry.
Worktop quoted separately
€180 – €450 per m² in natural stone and €200 – €500 per m² in large-format porcelain, templating and fitting included.
Appliances
€8,000 – €25,000 for a full premium set. Decided after the cutting list, not before.
Not included
New plumbing and wiring, builder's work, flooring and painting are quoted as construction and add €6,000 to €20,000 in an apartment.

Natural stone for character, large-format porcelain for stain and heat resistance. We compare both on samples before deciding.
Do you work outside the city?
Yes: La Moraleja, Pozuelo, Boadilla, Las Rozas and the sierra, plus Barcelona and Málaga from our other studios.
Is a permit required?
A minor works notification is usually enough unless structure or façade changes. We handle the paperwork.

Choose materials with data, not catalogues
Every material has its technical guide with prices per m², thicknesses and real maintenance. Each one has its own form to request a quote or samples:
- Kitchen worktop materials — Porcelain, quartz, granite and marble compared by price, thickness and resistance to stains and heat.
- Natural woods and stones — Oak, walnut, travertine and marble: behaviour in Madrid's dry climate and recommended finishes.
- Interior flooring — Wood-effect porcelain, oak parquet and microcement with underfloor heating and kitchen use.
- Wall coverings — Microcement, large-format porcelain and stone applied to kitchen splashbacks too.
