We design and build bespoke kitchens in Madrid for renovated apartments, penthouses and family houses, with a single team responsible from start to finish.
A bespoke kitchen in Madrid almost never starts from a blank slate: there is an older building with walls out of square, a soil stack that cannot be moved, or a service kitchen to integrate. Measuring properly before drawing is what separates a fitted cabinet from a cabinet filled with silicone joints.
We draw, manufacture in our own workshop and install with our own team. If something does not fit on site, the fix comes from the same workshop that made the piece — no argument between suppliers.
We record the real opening: out-of-plumb walls, clear heights, ventilation and water points. Working tolerance of 3 to 5 mm per side.
Manufacturing drawings piece by piece, worktop heights matched to the user (typically 90 – 95 cm) and fronts calculated on the real opening.
19 mm moisture-resistant boards, solid edges, natural veneer or open-pore matt lacquer. Full-extension runners rated for 40 kg.
Worktop templating, 3 – 5 days of installation and commissioning of appliances and extraction.
In Salamanca, Chamberí or Justicia the lift and the building's working hours dictate how units arrive: they are split down to be carried up.
Many buildings do not allow a façade outlet. With activated-carbon recirculation the airflow must be oversized to 600 – 800 m³/h.
In houses in La Moraleja or Pozuelo, splitting the show kitchen from the working kitchen changes the whole layout.
Madrid swings from 25 % to 65 % relative humidity across the year: solid timber needs calculated expansion joints.
Bespoke cabinetry manufactured and installed. Worktop and appliances quoted separately.
| Item | Indicative range |
|---|---|
| Bespoke cabinetry (veneer or lacquer) | €1,400 – €2,800 per linear metre |
| Full apartment kitchen (5 – 7 lm) | €18,000 – €45,000 |
| Bespoke island with worktop | €6,000 – €15,000 |
| Design and site supervision | €2,500 – €7,000 |
| Manufacturing lead time | 8 – 12 weeks |
Between €1,400 and €2,800 per linear metre of cabinetry manufactured and installed. A full apartment kitchen of 5 to 7 linear metres usually lands between €18,000 and €45,000, excluding worktop and appliances.
Modular starts from fixed sizes and fills the leftover gaps with filler panels. Bespoke is built to the real opening, uses the full ceiling height and absorbs the building's out-of-square walls.
8 to 12 weeks of manufacturing from drawing sign-off, plus 3 to 5 days of installation. A stone worktop adds 10 – 15 days between templating and fitting.
Large-format porcelain for maximum stain and heat resistance, natural stone when character matters most. Our worktop guide compares prices and performance material by material.

Replacing a kitchen without touching structure or façade only requires a minor-works declaration. If stacks move or walls open, we handle the full permit.

With a plan or approximate measurements and a photo of the space we prepare a layout proposal and a firm price range.
