Madrid is the Spanish city with the most active luxury residential market and, at the same time, with two very different residential logics. On one hand, the bourgeois flats of central Madrid —Salamanca, Chamberí, Almagro, Justicia—: classical buildings with original wood floors, high ceilings and representativeness. On the other, detached homes in the northern and western estates —La Moraleja, Conde de Orgaz, Puerta de Hierro, La Finca, Pozuelo. We work in both worlds from our Madrid Studio.
Classical flats in regal buildings. Refurbishments combining heritage respect with a contemporary language.
Large detached homes with garden, pool, guest house and advanced home automation.
Homes in residential estates with a more familial, everyday approach.
Second homes in the Madrid region.
Madrid's residential stock requires very different know-how depending on the typology. A refurbishment in a regal Salamanca flat requires experience with complex owners' associations, heritage regulations and technical solutions for modern installations in old buildings. A home in La Moraleja demands different discipline: top-level landscaping, integral home automation, climate control and well-resolved service spaces. We cover both logics with the same exigence.
Between €1,800 and €3,500 per m² in high-end, and from €3,500 in ultra-luxury. Detached homes in La Moraleja, Puerta de Hierro or Conde de Orgaz tend to sit in the upper range.
